-How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
*Processing takes 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing is Monday- Friday. Express shipping orders take 2-3 business days.
-Regular Flat Rate shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.
-Express shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location.
-International shipping is 7-10 business days depending on your location.
-All packages delivery is with DHL and signature is required.

Can I return my order?
*Yes returns are acceptable on unopened hair extensions within seven (7) days from receiving the hair. You must contact us first before refunding your package at customerservice@shesfabuloush
- All She's Fabulous Hair extensions must be shipped back Unopened in its Original Packaging, Unworn, or Tampered, packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.
When will I receive my refund?
*A full refund excluding the shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the "She's Fabulous Hair" security seal was not broken.
-Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
Are exchanged acceptable?
* Yes exchanges are acceptable within seven(7) days. The She's Fabulous Hair seal MUST NOT be unwrapped, no finger ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange.
-If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you with no refund.
-PLEASE ATTACH A NOTE INSIDE YOUR PACKAGE INCLUDING ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN!
